(i) tropical evergreen forest: these are found in the regions which is present near the equator and close to the tropics. These regions are hot and receive heavy rainfall throughout the year. These tress do not shed their leaves together.
Temperature evergreen forest: these forest are commonly found along the eastern edges of the continents and comprise both hard and soft wood tress like pine, saal etc.
Tropical grassland: the grass can grow very tall about three to four meters in height. Savannah grasslands of Africa are the example of these grassland.
