टोपी नवीं कक्षा में दो बार फेल हो गया। बताइए:

1. जब भी वह पढने बैठता मुन्नी बाबू को कोई न कोई कम निकल आता था या रामदुलारी कोई ऐसी चीज़ मंगवाती जो नोकर से नही मँगवाई जा सकते था I
2. दूसरे साल उसे मियादी बुखार हो जाता था और पेपर नही दे पाया था इसलिए फेल हो जाता है
(ख) एक ही कक्षा में दो दो बार बैठने से टोपी को कई भावनात्मक चुनोतियो का सामना करना पडा था जेसे वह अध्यापको की हँसी का पात्र देना होता था क्योकि कमजोर लडको के रूप में अध्यापक उसका ही उदाहरण देते है I
(ग) बच्चे फेल होने पर भावनात्मक रूप से आहत होते थे और मानसिक रूप से परेशान रहने लगते थे वे शर्म महसूस करते थे इसके लिए विद्यार्थी के पुस्तकीय ज्ञान को ही न परखा जाता था बल्कि उसके अनुभव व अन्य कुशलता को भी देखकर उसे प्रोत्साहन देने के लिए शिक्षा व्यवस्था में बदलाव किया जा सकता था I
