 A country with a government which has been elected freely and equally by its all citizens is a good Democracy. It is a system of government which involves majority decision-making. In democracy an organization is controlled by its members, who freely and equally participate in the decision-making processes.

The main features of democracy are:

1. Rulers can be changed in democracy if they are not good.
2. Social and economic difference among all its citizens should be reduced.
3. All people should have equal rights and opportunities irrespective of their caste creed or religion.
4. In the decision making process minorities should be involved.
5. Gender discrimination should be avoided.
6. During elections, Money should not play a important role.
7. The government should work within the frame of the constitution.
