Passive smoking can be equally dangerous because it reveals the persons to the same harmful effect that occurs by doing smoke.
Passive or second hand smoking means being in the same room or place, where that person is smoking and at the same time getting exposed to smoke in their surrounding air. Once that smoke is inhaled, the smoke can trigger the release of mucus in the bronchioles which almost blocks the airways. This generates coughing. But prolonged exposures can lead to disease bronchitis emphysema, an respiratory tract infections and eventually leads to lung cancer.
