Women groups raise voice against dowry deaths, sexual harassment. Laws were made in 1997 to save women against sexual harassment. In 1980s, laws associated with Anti dowry were passed. Raising awareness: It is an important work to raise public awareness about women’s rights by public rallies, demonstrations etc. This way we would be able to gather peoples support and let them know about womens problems.
