Answer:

Macrophages and leucocytes are the cells in the human body which exhibit amoeboid movement. They move about in the tissues with the help of pseudopodia in the manner of Amoeba.
Trachea, fallopian tubes and bronchiole are the cells in the human body which exhibit ciliary movement.
