What is aquaculture? Give example of an animal that can be multiplied by aquaculture.

Answer:

When culturing of aquatic plants and animals, it is done in freshwater bodies which is known as aquaculture. Examples of animals that can be multiplied by aquaculture are as described below:

Finfish: Tilapia, Carp, Catfish etc.

Shellfish: Shrimps, Oysters etc.
