4. महादेव जी के द्वारा लिखे गए पत्र जब वाइसराय के पास पहुचते है उसकी लिखावट और बनावट देखकर वाइसराय को यह समझ में नही आता है इनका क्या उत्तर दिया जाता और किस प्रकार दिया जाता था I
