Which part of the human body should one use to demonstrate stages in mitosis?

Answer:

In humans, the cells of the skin, hair follicles, nail base or any somatic cells are used to demonstrate stage in mitosis. It occurs in the gonads also for the multiplication of undifferentiated germ cells.
