How are the activities of gastro-intestinal tract regulated?

Answer:

Gastro- Intestinal tract is also known as GI- tract are regulated by the neural and hormonal system. Many intrinsic and extrinsic nerves connecting the GI tract help in coordinated functioning of various parts of the alimentary canal.
