Product of photosynthesis is transported from the leaves to various parts of the plants and stored in parenchyma cell before being utilized.

Note: Parenchyma is the most simple and the unspecialized tissue that is mainly concerned with the ordinary vegetative activities of the plant. It is distributed all over the plant body parts that helps in the transportation.
