Distinguish between constipation and indigestion. Mention their major causes.

Answer:

Constipation	Indigestion
Bowel movement is irregular and faeces are retained in the rectum.	Indigestion of food gives a feeling of fullness.
Its cause is intake of less water and roughage.	Its cause is inadequate enzymes secretion, food poisoning or anxiety.
This can be cured by improving intake of water and roughage and by doing exercise.	This may need medicine for cure.
